The short answer to your question: Take time to heal strained muscles.

If your legs ache, muscle tissue is broken and needs time to regenerate. If you revise and muscles do not heal each service.

You have cramps in my legs, which have developed over time to heal. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shin_splint ... This link contains information on the packaging of the muscles that may be useful.

Hope this helps.

Good luck

I know that maintaining a lean body is very important, so I will not say to the meat and eggs - but you can use a little more protein and no trans fats in food.

Salmon
Low fat, low sugar, PB & J
Mushrooms
Light white fish with olive oil
Turkish rice cooked with vegetables and long grain rice
Bison Hybrid / Beefalo

Good old fashion works of canned tuna, but make sure it's not too close to a concert, because the additional sodium hold water.

Without food, sleep, stretching, shoes comefortable keeping the legs straight, and all must contribute.

I had on my feet and legs for many years of the work. The only thing that helps himself immersed in a hot bath really. So hot that you can tolerate. Soak until it begins to freeze. Usually about 15 minutes. Then you should be good to go. It really works wonders for me. Hope this helps.
